Assessment Director

I am a lifelong resident of Knoxville, and it has been my honor to serve the citizens of Knox County for the past 44 years through my role in the Property Assessor’s Office. After graduating from Central High School and continuing my education at the University of Tennessee, I began what has become a fulfilling career in public service. Over the years, I’ve obtained my Assessment Level I and Level II certifications through the Tennessee State Board of Equalization, and have continued to grow in both knowledge and experience within the field of property assessment.

Much of my work has been focused on helping residents understand and benefit from state property programs such as Greenbelt, Tax Freeze, and Exemptions. I take pride in being a resource for those navigating these programs, and in doing my part to ensure fairness and accuracy in assessments. It is an honor to serve the people of Knox County in everything I do.
