I started out in customer service many years ago when I worked for my dad at a Ford dealership. I spent 22 years working alongside him, learning the value of hard work and dedication to providing great service. In 2010, I made the move to Knox County, and I’ve been here ever since, enjoying my role as the Customer Administration Director. It’s been almost 15 years, and I’m truly thankful for the opportunities I’ve had to contribute to the community. Being able to assist the people of Knox County is incredibly rewarding, and I take great pride in my work.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and our pets. They bring so much joy to my life and are a big part of what keeps me balanced. Whether I’m working hard to serve the public or enjoying quiet moments at home, I’m always grateful for the people and experiences that shape my life.
