File an Informal Appeal

This form is for appealing commercial/industrial properties only. Residential informal appeals have ended.

Because 2026 is a reappraisal year, a property owner can file an informal appeal for their 2026 value. After filling out the form below, you will be notified via email once your appeal has been filed in our system and will later receive a notice with your results by mid-to-late June. If you disagree with the result of your informal appeal, you can appeal to the County Board of Equalization that meets in the month of July.
